Description

At TELUS, we provide technology and services to make businesses and homes safer and more convenient. This role involves installing and repairing complex residential / business alarm systems, smart‑home technology, enterprise networking, and more. You’ll use your communication skills to build authentic customer relationships, troubleshoot issues, and educate customers on technology possibilities.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair complex residential / business alarm systems.
• Identify, analyse and investigate customer concerns / issues.
• Use strong computer and networking skills to troubleshoot customer issues.
• Educate customers on smart‑home automation and connected user experience.
• Build authentic customer relationships to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Support customers across various areas when needed.
• Work in a physically demanding environment including heavy lifting, confined spaces, all weather, heights, ladders, man lifts and scissor lifts.
• Work flexible shifts : days, evenings, weekends, statutory holidays.
• Maintain safety practices and abide by safety rules and regulations.
