RPO Talent Acquisition Partner
Location : Mississauga / Toronto, Ontario
Hybrid : Onsite 1-2 days per month.
Tailored Management is hiring an experienced RPO Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a leading Biotech / Pharma client. This role is critical in attracting and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source active and passive candidates using platforms like Recruiter, job boards, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future needs.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate fit for various roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules, manage feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational hiring standards.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance processes.
Qualifications :
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in Biotech / Pharma or a similar industry.Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency with Recruiter and Boolean search.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Data-driven mindset and a proactive, results-oriented approach.Apply today to join a team where your skills and insights will be celebrated, and your contributions will make a tangible impact!
