Door to Door Sales Representative - Sudbury

We are looking for highly motivated, sales-driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales Representatives. In this role, you will travel to various neighbourhoods and towns within your assigned region, staying in different areas as you promote and sell fiber optic services, representing a premier fibre-centric broadband infrastructure provider. As a Sales Representative, your primary role will be to build relationships with potential customers, educate them about our products, and drive sales while representing our brand with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to various neighbourhoods and towns within your region to promote and sell fiber optic services.
• Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to educate them on the benefits of fiber optics and convert inquiries into sales.
• Utilize persuasive sales techniques to maximize opportunities during customer interactions.
• Represent the brand professionally, providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable experience that encourages repeat business.
• Actively seek feedback from customers to improve service delivery and identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Work independently while collaborating with team members to share insights and best practices to improve sales strategies.
• Uphold a high level of confidentiality when handling customer information.

Schedule

• Full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling.
• Must be available for full-time hours, Monday to Sunday, based on regional needs.

Compensation:

• $20/h base hourly wage + Commission

Requirements

Keys to success:

• Door-to-door (D2D) sales experience is a key asset.
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with people.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable completing a background check.
• Reliable access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors and travelling within various regions.
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
