Role: Data Integrator / SSIS Developer with Python

Location: Mississauga ON

Duration: Fulltime / Long term contract-c2c

Responsibilities:

• Develop test and deploy SSIS packages for data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and data teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including databases flat files and external systems into target data warehouses and data marts.
• Optimize SSIS packages for performance scalability and maintainability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot existing ETL workflows resolving issues promptly.
• Document data flows transformation logic and system configurations.
• Ensure data quality integrity and security throughout the data integration process.
• Participate in project planning estimations and Agile development cycles.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Data Integration and ETL development using SSIS.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server T-SQL and relational database design.
• Experience working within Capital Markets or Financial Services domain is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with data modeling data warehousing concepts and BI tools.
• Ability to analyze troubleshoot and optimize ETL workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python PowerShell) is a plus.
