The Role of a Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you are key in guiding clients through their purchasing journey. You assist them in selecting the right products by offering detailed information and personalized recommendations, ensuring they feel confident and valued in their decisions.

As a Sales Associate at Raffi Jewellers, you will :

Guide clients in selecting the right jewellery or timepieces based on their needs and preferences.

Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and availability.

Assist clients in making informed decisions by explaining the uniqueness of the items and offering suggestions based on their interests.

Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals and ensure a seamless client experience.

Foster long-term relationships with clients by ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any post-purchase needs.

Perform other duties as assigned.

We’d love to hear from individuals who :

Have at least 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality, ideally in the fine jewellery or high-end service industry.

Are strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.

Can work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
