We are seeking a Fashion Designer – Intimates who is passionate about product innovation and inclusive design. In this role, you will help shape seasonal product direction by translating trend research, fabric advancements, and fit expertise into technically strong, customer-focused intimates assortments. You will play a key role in ensuring our product delivers exceptional comfort, support, and wearability while celebrating diverse body shapes and evolving customer needs.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Lead Designer, you will:

• Research and forecast fashion, lifestyle, and consumer trends to help define seasonal design direction for the brand.
• Translate global and market trends into innovative intimates collections that balance style, comfort, and performance.
• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and product strategies that support brand storytelling and assortment planning.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Technical Design, Product Development, and Sourcing to bring collections to life.
• Lead and collaborate on seasonal color direction, prints, and artwork development.
• Create and oversee technical sketches, ensuring design integrity and consistency throughout development.
• Participate in fit sessions and product reviews to ensure quality, functionality, and aesthetic standards are achieved.
• Stay informed on competitor landscape, fabric innovation, and consumer insights to continuously elevate product relevance.

Qualifications

Who You Are

• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in apparel design, preferably within intimates, lingerie, or close-to-body categories.
• Understanding of intimates construction, materials, and fit requirements.
• Highly creative with a strong fashion perspective and trend intuition.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and design development tools.
• Bilingual French and English, to communicte with partners otuside quebec
