Job Details

Maintenance Technician – Journeyperson Millwright – Rotating Shifts once per month (plus Shift premium). Clean / Air Conditioned, Light Assembly, Automotive Facility. USW Shop.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance of manufacturing related equipment using the prescribed techniques.
• Maintains log of repairs and of completed preventative maintenance in CMMS.
• Completes equipment changeovers in accordance with established standards.
• Makes use of all prescribed safety equipment and implements safe work practices.
• Participates in continuous improvement activities.
• Adheres to all company policies and practices.
• Completes assignments, duties and projects that may be assigned.
• Capable of working effectively both as a team member and independently.
• Willing to work overtime on weekends and holidays as needed.
• Responsible for knowing and upholding the H&S Policy and working in a safe manner.
• Participates in the ISO / TS16949 / ISO14001 certification.

Qualifications

Compensation

Wage starts at $38.63 - $40.05 per hour per the Collective Bargaining Agreement with annual raises.
