Job descriptionThe rate of pay will be $18 - $20 / hr. This is a temporary position Clean and organize construction, industrial, or outdoor work areas Dispose of debris, trash, and recyclable materials Operate basic cleaning tools and equipment (e.g., brooms, shovels, pressure washers) Assist with moving materials and supplies as needed Ensure work areas are safe and free of hazards Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Report any unsafe conditions to supervisors Previous experience in a labor-intensive or construction environment is a plus but not required Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a team setting Comfortable working in varying weather conditions Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move materials as necessary Ability to follow instructions and work safely Must have reliable transportation to the work site Exemplary attendance record

This role involves maintaining a clean and organized worksite by handling general cleanup tasks and ensuring the site meets safety and cleanliness standards.
