The Central Waitlist Management (FY24-25) initiative aims to digitally enable stakeholders at a provincial, regional and hospital level. Applying a user first approach, requirements will be developed throughout the duration of the initiative.
Must haves :
Minimum 8-10 years’ business analysis experience working in electronic health-related projects in Agile environment.
3+ years experience working with Microsoft Azure DevOps for user requirement Management.
3+ years of Experience creating product requirements documents.
5+ years' experience working with Healthcare Web Applications / Solutions
Time Management, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
Knowledge of IT protocols : FHIR®
Understanding of human-centered design process, and user experience principals and techniques
