What you will be doing:

• Develop and implement Total Compensation strategies and programs.
• Lead design and roll out of compensation and benefits program.
• Address issues emerging from job evaluation.
• Carry out compensation and benefits-related trend and other statistical analysis.
• Develop and recommend policies and processes to optimize effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and services.
• Maintain relationship with benefits program vendors.
• Prepare input to compensation, benefits, pension, and work experience surveys.
• Prepare compliance reports for pension and benefits plan.

Job Requirements:

What you will need to be considered:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, and achievement of CCP, CBP, or CEBS designation preferred.
• 5-7 Years of compensation and benefits experience.
