- Efficiently managing billing and meticulously following up on customer accounts.

- Preparing and submitting GST / HST and QST quarterly returns on time.
- Efficiently and accurately processing payroll through the designated payroll service provider.
- Issuing checks promptly and accurately to ensure smooth operations.
- Regularly reconciling bank and credit card accounts to maintain accurate accounting.
- Performing period-end entries rigorously to ensure the accuracy of accounting data.
- Contributing to the creation of synthetic and detailed reports in Excel to support decision-making.
- Proactively overseeing inventory to optimize stock levels and minimize losses.
- Creating clear and complete purchase orders to ensure efficient supplier management.
- Performing any other related tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

Job requirements
- Hold a college diploma in accounting or equivalent training.
- Have significant experience of 4 to 5 years in a similar position, demonstrating in-depth expertise.
- Possess a perfect command of Sage 50 software as well as the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word, for maximum efficiency.
- Demonstrate excellent mastery of French, both oral and written, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Knowledge of English is an additional appreciated asset.
