Your role
- Open accounts for clients under national agreements
- Ensure timely and efficient client service for national clients, serving as a point of contact to resolve day-to-day issues.
- Prepare and organize client agreement documents, presentations and letters, in support of the National Account Manager.
- Manage and update files and data related to national agreements, ensuring their accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate and plan participation in conventions and events across Canada, in line with the needs of national clients and corporate objectives.
- Manage marketing requests associated with national customers (website advertising, program information, store listings), in conjunction with internal teams.
- Assist National account managers in the preparation of the documents necessary for the management of large renovation projects and purchasing projects for national clients.
- Work closely and maintain good relationships with national account managers, sales representatives and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
The qualifications we are looking for
Experience in coordinating major accounts, directly supporting an account manager, and providing customer service.Proficiency in the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms) and comfort with computer systems.Experience in project management and preparation of strategic documents is an asset.Excellent organization and methodological rigor.Ability to manage stress and juggle multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to learn quickly and be resourceful.Professional attitude, punctuality and sense of responsibility.Excellent communication skills, quick wit, positive and dynamic attitude.By joining the RONA family, you ’ ll enjoy many benefits, such as :
