Senior Electrical Hardware Engineer

Location : Mississauga, ON

Working Arrangement : Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Perform various Electrical Engineering related activities including electronic / electrical (low power) circuit design & analysis, test procedure development and conduct testing, investigate technical problems and establish corrective actions, manage changes, prepare test reports
• Overall technical coordination within the engineering functions supporting hardware development to ensure that all customer requirements are met.
• Establish and maintain detailed technical plans, estimates and schedules; provide status to project engineering and management.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects / activities with limited and shared resources.
• Hardware team focal for interfacing with other functional groups and the customer
• Lead technical design reviews with both internal & external customers
• Collaborate with the team in resolving technical problems with both internal and external customers; Investigate failures, identify root causes and permanent corrective action.
