Child Caregiver Nanny (Part-Time)

Location : Airdrie

Schedule : 2530 hours per week

Employment Type : Part-time

Compensation : $15$17 CAD per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Description

We are seeking a caring responsible and dependable Child Caregiver / Nanny to provide attentive and nurturing care. The ideal candidate will support daily routines encourage learning through age-appropriate activities and maintain a safe positive environment.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive supervision and care at all times

Plan and engage in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities

Support learning development and social skills

Prepare simple meals and snacks as needed

Maintain a clean and organized play area

Assist with light child-related housekeeping (e.g. tidying toys childrens laundry if required)

Communicate regularly with parents regarding routines progress and any concerns

Qualifications

Previous experience in child care nannying or a related role preferred

Educational background in Early Childhood Education or a related field is an asset

Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities

Patient reliable and nurturing personality

Ability to follow family routines and guidelines

CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Vulnerable sector check / background check required
