CNC Press Brake (PunchBrake) Setup & Operator

We are looking for an experienced CNC Press Brake (Punch/Brake) Setup & Operator to join our fabrication team. The candidate will be responsible for setting up programming and operating CNC press brake machines to bend sheet metal parts accurately as per drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Press Brake / CNC Punch Press machines

• Read and understand engineering drawings and bend specifications

• Select correct tools dies and punches

• Perform machine setup adjustments and first-article inspection

• Ensure accuracy in angles dimensions and tolerances

• Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

• Follow safety and quality standards

• Coordinate with fitters/fabricators as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a CNC Press Brake or Punch Press Operator

• Hands-on experience with setup (not only operating)

• Knowledge of sheet metal bending processes

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Familiarity with CNC controls (Amada Trumpf Bystronic or similar is a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication or sheet metal industry

• Ability to work independentl
