Responsibilities
What will a day in the life of an Inside Sales Representative be like?
- Take calls and emails from incoming orders;
- Work collaboratively and answer customer questions, to produce the right product;
- Proactively manage assigned accounts and maintain excellent customer relations;
- Listen, evaluate and recommend appropriate products according to various customer needs;
- Write proposals including product costs (often involving calculations);
- Communicate with customers after the sale to ensure follow-up and maintain relationships;
- Follow-up with former customers
- Contribute to sales efforts
Qualifications
- Experience in an inside sales or account management role in the industrial or manufacturing sector
- You like math and calculations
- You have the ability to read plans and specifications
- You're detail-oriented and committed to a job well done
