SUMMARY
The Fleet Analyst & Logistics Coordinator (FALC) works as an integral member of the back-office team supporting Regional Operations Managers BGIS ITS Technicians and senior executives by analyzing the daily operations and maintenance activities necessary for safe reliable and efficient operations. Keeps all Fleet data files up to date supports the planning scheduling and analysis of preventative and corrective maintenance activities. The FALC is also a supporting role who will work with the branch contacts to coordinate necessary fleet changes repairs GPS installations maintenance visits and any training. The FALC is expected to execute this work according to BGIS standard practices and is responsible to effectively maintain an up- to date fleet list. The FALC is also responsible for supporting in the financial management of the data of the daily vehicle GPS logs and fleet costs.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Member Support
- Acts as a liaison between the Corporate Fleet team and the individual branch managers to drive efficiencies in fleet activities
- Tracks and follows up with all vehicle maintenance logs and inspection records to ensure accurate and up to date file systems
- Assist local branch support with transfer of vehicles between locations scheduling repairs and maintenance.
- Meet with various leadership to review any trends in mismatched timecard to GPS data
- Determine and coordinate the distribution of assets based upon provided criteria
Reporting
Completes high volume file management; ensuring files are complete accurate and continually updatedMaintains weekly GPS extract to compare against the individual technicians timesheetsManages cost reporting by vehicle to ensure real-time data on maintenance lease repair costs for the lifetime of the vehicle.Supports the Regional Managers in scheduling repairs & replacements to ensure the least amount of down time per technicianWork with leadership and Corporate Fleet to forecast the purchase of replacement assets in order to maintain accurate inventory levels by locationCollaborate with the Strategic Team to develop dashboards for accurate reporting leading in order to drive cost efficiencies.Other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
