TAUC’s mission is to give patients fast, friendly, and affordable care with state‑of‑the‑art onsite digital imaging, laboratory assays, IV hydration, medication administration, and minor procedure services.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
• Guide patients through the intake process with clarity and patience.
• Thank patients at the end of their visit, leaving them confident and satisfied.
• Show compassion, remain calm under pressure, and respond empathetically to patient concerns.
• Welcome and check in 30–60 patients per day in a high‑volume, fast‑paced clinic setting.
• Enter patient information accurately into the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Verify insurance coverage using online tools and the EMR system.
• Clearly explain co‑pays, deductibles, and coverage questions in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
• Collect co‑pays and explain visit costs professionally.
• Handle sensitive or difficult conversations with tact and professionalism.
• Answer incoming calls and assist with patient questions or follow‑up.
• Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Create a warm, helpful, and efficient front desk experience for every visitor.
