DESCRIPTION OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and operate CNC milling equipment (VMC / HMC experience an asset)
• Own jobs from setup → prove-out → production → inspection
• Read prints, understand tolerances, and perform in-process checks
• Troubleshoot machining issues (tool wear, chatter, finish, tolerance drift)
• Manage tooling / offsets and support process improvements
• Read, edit, and debug G-code at the machine to ensure safe, stable production
• Keep a clean, safe, organized workspace and support team workflow
