AI Developer

The company, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior AI Developer and Technical Lead with a passion for cutting-edge technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Blockchain. The successful candidate will join an AI-augmented team and play a key role in leveraging emerging technologies to boost productivity, ensure system stability, and drive cost efficiency. This role will be instrumental in leading and executing innovative rapid prototypes and supporting the implementation and adoption of transformative technology solutions. Responsibilities :

• Lead technical design, development, and testing of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and rapid prototypes.
• Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for emerging technology adoption.
• Mentor junior team members and provide work direction.
• Drive AI, ML, and Blockchain integration into software development and delivery.
• Participate in Agile events including Scrum and Kanban, and support backlog grooming and planning.
• Develop automation strategies to optimize prototype lifecycle stages.
• Guide implementation of PoC solutions and contribute to governance standards.
• Champion innovation through strategic exploration and application of emerging technologies.
• Influence decision-making through data analytics and systems-level thinking.
• Foster collaborative relationships to co-create and deploy high-value solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend programming languages and tools based on project needs.
• Represent our client in external stakeholder engagements.
• Continuously scan the tech landscape to ensure strategic adoption of relevant trends.
