Enterprise Support Analyst

THE ROLE :

Robert Half is currently recruiting for an Enterprise Support Analyst for our Edmonton Client. As the successful candidate you’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing the organization’s application ecosystem. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless integration of applications and data, driving automation, and supporting enterprise systems.

Responsibilities include :

• Designing and implementing small-scale applications, integrations, and automated workflows
• Connecting enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HCM) with other systems using APIs, SDKs, and webhooks
• Leading technical reviews to maintain scalability and performance
• Driving AI and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency
• Managing databases and data integration solutions (SQL Server, Azure SQL, Azure Storage)
• Maintaining websites and related infrastructure (DNS, SSL, domain registrations)
• Developing scripts for data automation and synchronization (PowerShell, Python, C#, .NET)
• Improving Microsoft 365 services and leveraging new features for productivity
• Providing detailed performance reports to IT leadership
• Building strong partnerships with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
