Position Overview :

Finning Canada is looking for passionate and field experienced Journeyperson Electricians (Red Seal preferred) to join our Integrated Mining Team (IMT). The Journeyperson Electricians on our Integrated Mining Team are responsible for the troubleshooting maintenance and repair of a variety of heavy electrical and power generation equipment throughout British Columbia and Yukon Mining Industries. This role offers an opportunity to work on ultra-class Caterpillar mining equipment and service machinery for the biggest players in the industry.

Job Description : Responsibilities :

• Service troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and power generation equipment
• Service and troubleshoot electronic controls PLCs HMIs and electrical switchgear
• Build construct and test electrical panels
• Load test power generation equipment
• Assist in fulfilling our customer service commitment
