Position Description
The Career Coach Facilitator - Southwestern Ontario plays a key role in the success of the Ontario Career Lab (OCL) - an innovative province-wide career exploration initiative led by HIEC that connects volunteer Career Coaches with Grade 9 and 10 students across Ontario. As the on-site lead for Ontario Career Lab sessions this role is ideal for a confident facilitator who can engage audiences create welcoming environments and deliver impactful programming primarily travelling in the southwestern region of Ontario.
The facilitator leads career coaching sessions in schools and ensures seamless coordination between educators volunteers and students. The role blends dynamic facilitation with program coordination and community engagement connecting youth to real-world career insights. A strong interest or background in career development experiential learning or workforce education is highly valued.
