A well-established organization with over 25 years of success and growth has several Architectural CAD Operator / Designer positions available as a result of their continued growth. This organization is the leader in providing architectural and design services to top-tier retail and institutional clients on a national level. They are an organization that completes full ground-up base building designs as well as interior designs. As a result of further organizational growth they are looking to add a few more Architectural CAD Operators with REVIT and AUTOCAD Experience.

Compensation

$60,000 – $70,000 + RSP + benefits and other great perks

Position Description

We are seeking and Architectural CAD Operator / Designer that will be responsible for, but not limited to the following tasks :

• Preparation of concept drawings and renderings
• Compiling full set of working drawings for designs in the retail and institutional sector, ensuring building code compliance and municipal bylaws
• Completing permit applications and all pertinent municipal and provincial documents
• Work with Project Managers, Designers and Engineers to incorporate all specifications in accordance with clients’ design and construction requirements
