Ruth & Naomis Mission is looking for a Recovery Program Lead to support participants through their journey of recovery in a faith-based, trauma-informed environment.

For over 20 years, Ruth & Naomis Mission has been a beacon of hope in Chilliwack, serving meals, providing shelter, and walking alongside individuals in need. Our addiction recovery program uses the Genesis Process, a faith-based approach to healing and transformation. What Youll Do

• Provide case management, life-coaching, and support to program participants
• Lead group meetings, classes, and activities to foster recovery and accountability
• Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication with the team
• Cultivate a safe, hope-filled, and structured environment for participants
• Uphold and embody RANs core values in all interactions
• Willingness to sign and uphold the organizations Statement of Faith
