This position involves creating production schedules, managing inventory, and overseeing co-packers, ensuring production targets are met, materials are managed, and coordinating shipments and customer communications.

Responsibilities :

Create feasible production schedules considering capacity, labor, materials, and costs.

Review and adjust production schedules to meet business priorities.

Manage relationships with co-packers to ensure alignment with production plans.

Determine material, equipment, and labor requirements.

Hold regular production meetings to update staff and maintain best practices.

Prepare status reports and resolve production issues.

Collaborate across departments including warehouse, quality, and procurement.

Analyze production data to drive decision-making and efficiency improvements.

Recommend solutions to reduce costs and improve production processes.

Oversee inventory management and resolve discrepancies.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Director.

Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years’ experience in food & beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably with Tetra Pak beverage manufacturing experience, and a Bachelor’s Degree in management studies, operations management, or related field.

Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory management, and distribution processes, along with experience in production scheduling in FMCG manufacturing environments.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, and transformation, with familiarity in ERP software and ability to use PowerBI or similar tools for data visualization.

Demonstrates strong analytical skills with attention to detail, effective multitasking, problem-solving abilities, and adept at managing changing priorities.

Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional time-management, organizational abilities, and consistently takes initiative and ownership of tasks and projects.
