Position Description8 Weeks / 34 Hours per weekJob SummaryTo assist in the planning and leading of special summer programs for the church Responsibilities : Community Sports Outreach (Upward Sports) To arrange volunteers to assist in the programsTo prepare activities to be used in programmingTo be a hands-on leader, teacher and supervisor of the children Assist with VBS and VBS Sunday.

To plan and lead a children’s church program on Sunday mornings.To participate in the Sunday morning worship event.To prepare activities with seniors in the church and community.

Assist in office work and administration as needed.Participate in weekly staff meetings.Perform the tasks associated with lawn care.

Over 18 needs a police check. Pay Rate : $16.00 / hourHours : Monday to Wednesday, 9 : 00 AM- 5 : 00 PMThursday 9 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PMSundays 9 : 00 AM- 12 : 00 PM.

Staff meetings are every Thursday at 2 : 00 PM.Off Fridays and SaturdaysVBS Week (Tuesday Friday) Must meet and follow the Canada Summer Jobs - Application / Agreement
