Responsibilities

• Commitment to Training and Licensing : Actively study to complete the training and pass the required exams to obtain the Insurance Broker license in the province of Alberta. You will receive external help from us for preparation.
• Integration and Participation : Join the company team from day one and participate in the mentorship and accompaniment provided for professional development and goal achievement.
• Time Management : Organize your own working hours to study, train, and practice, allowing compatibility with a current job (work on available time).
• Business Development : Build and maintain a client portfolio once licensed, offering insurance products and providing expert advice.
• Team Collaboration : Work under the guidance of the team and participate in meetings or accompaniment sessions as needed.
