What you’ll do :
- You will be responsible for general repair and maintenance work of the building interior, property, equipment, and systems.
- Operate and maintain steam boilers, refrigeration, and air conditioning units.
- Ensure adherence to security systems and check fire alarm systems on a regular basis.
- Perform janitorial duties as required, including cleaning office floors.
- Other duties as required.

Have a high school education (or equivalent).Have a valid Fireman’s Certificate.Have a minimum of one year of facility, warehouse, or security experience (preference given to repair and maintenance experience).Can lift up to 50 lbs.What we offer :
