Own and drive retail store growth by ensuring every sale transaction is optimal for both the customer and their retail businessBuild superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customersBe a strong brand ambassador through knowledge and understanding of our business, to be considered a subject-matter-expert during sales opportunitiesManage retail operations by managing customer accounts, collection activities, and the merchandising and maintenance of the storeDeliver best in class service when supporting the delivery of our products to customers homesManage accounts receivables by monitoring overdue accounts on a weekly basisEnsure retail operational effectiveness by overseeing all collection items for the store and ensure all retrieved sales items are cleaned, refurbished and repaired at the retail store in a timely mannerWho you are as the successful candidate :
