As a customer experience specialist, you will be responsible for creating the best experience for our clients as well as conversion of prospects to clients.
Working with our sales manager, you will develop and implement sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
This position is located in Guelph, ON, with flexibility for some remote work. This position will move to full time with the right candidateQualificationsProven experience in sales and achieving targetsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesKnowledge of the fitness industry and Pilates is a plusAbility to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsProficiency in CRM software and sales management toolsBachelor's degree in business or a related fieldPassion for improving people livesWe look forward to receiving your application.
