Regal Security Inc. is currently seeking a full time Tactical Security Guard at Seaway Mall in Welland, ON.

Ideal Candidate

• Open availability on all days including holidays
• Customer service-driven individual
• Clear English communication skills in all areas (verbal and written)
• Detailed and thorough record-keeping (Memo book, incident reports, etc.)
• Keen observation and attentiveness
• Professional physical deportment and presentation
• Decision Making, Critical Thinking, Reliability, Common Sense, and Exceptional Judgment
• Able to work as an effective team member and assist in leading other team members accordingly
• Firm understanding of the Trespass to Property Act and Criminal Code of Canada
