Salesperson

Position Title:Sales AssociateStatus:Permanent, Full-TimeLocation:Ottawa, ONOverview of RoleThe Sales Associate leads all branch sales and client development duties.The Associate has a dedicated focus on sales.Through direct and indirect sales, this individual identifies new clients for the branch. This role requires the Associate to network and build new relationships while collaborating closely with the Sr Manager to maintain existing relationships. Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities for perm/temp staffing solutions.
• Effectively and positively manage the relationship with clients, new and existing
• Sales: To complete the following minimum sales metrics:
• 50 client connects per month;
• 12 client visits per month;
• Create an inventory of potential clients, building on this list to identify new clients
• Conduct cold calls and cold visits
• Attend networking events and other business development opportunities
• Maintain compliance with ISO certification by adhering to ISO policies and procedures
• Contract negotiation with clients, employees, and consultants
• Branch Metrics:Attain a minimum monthly Branch Gross Margin 17%. Attain an average net margin monthly of 4%.
• Process and file all clientcontracts
• Process and fill all supplier’s contracts and official documents
• Administer and file ISO information or documents
• Prepare reports on a weekly and monthly basis

Requirements and Assets

• Previous experience in sales, cold calling, and prospecting
• Previous recruiting/staffing experience, an asset
• Customer Service Training
• Must have a personal vehicle and a valid license

Compensation:

• Base Salary (starting around $50K) plus benefits
• Uncapped bonus structure
