Position Description :
At CGI, we’re on a mission to transform businesses through technology. We’re seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and assist in integrating a Claims system with internal applications, 3rd party vendors, exchanges, AWS, Data intake, and web portals.
This is a Temporary W-2 role with a project duration of 4-6 months and can be performed from our CGI offices located in : NY, NY;
Hartford, CT; New Brunswick, NJ; Plymouth Meeting, PA, or Lafayette, LA
Your future duties and responsibilities :
As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll be the anchor between our Business Function and Information Systems.

Collaborate with Excellence : Work directly with project teams, management, and clients to define project scope, objectives, and budget.

Document with Precision : Develop comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, project plans, use cases, system specifications, technical documents, and test plans.

Bridge the Gap : Serve as the technical point of contact, connecting product management, development teams, sales, and clients.
Your communication skills will be the glue that holds it all together.
Analyze for Impact : Dive into system analysis, enhancing user interfaces, streamlining business processes, and ensuring top-notch data quality and reporting coverage.
Facilitate Collaboration : Lead JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions and stakeholder refinement meetings. Your ability to bring diverse perspectives together will drive innovation.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :
3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
Familiarity with the Banking domain is essential. Knowledge of Healthplans is a bonus.
Proven Experience in Claims integration, EDI, 3rd party integrations, and working with APIs / Web services and Microservices
Proven Experience with data migration and the ability to perform mappings are key.
Agile Champion : You thrive in an Agile and / or Scrum environment.
Strong oral and written skills are required
Understanding system architecture and application portfolios
Proven requirements definition and management.
Knowledge of HealthEdge is Highly Desired
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
