Procurement & Warehouse Manager

• Assists the construction team with program roll outs.
• Responsible for procuring all assets and ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained.
• Coordinates the delivery of equipment required for projects.
• Research and negotiate pricing on new equipment and services Bulk Purchase’s (Beverage, Pastry etc.)
• Approves all procurement and warehouse related invoices.
• Manages and works closely with the Maintenance & Construction team on Purchase Order processing.
• Manages and advises cost reduction plans.
• Responsible for all warehouse equipment, supplies, shipping / receiving, inventory tracking, and expenses
• Responsible for overseeing all day-to-day warehouse activities.
• Responsible for ensuring MM Depot inventory levels are at an optimal amount to support operations.
• Responsible for overseeing all warehouse staff and assets.

Requirements

• 3-5 Years of related experience required
• Experience in a retail convenience industry environment preferred.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor the message and delivery to a wide range of internal and external stakeholder groups
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft programs, strong Excel a must
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated
• Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
