Procurement & Warehouse Manager
- Assists the construction team with program roll outs.
- Responsible for procuring all assets and ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained.
- Coordinates the delivery of equipment required for projects.
- Research and negotiate pricing on new equipment and services Bulk Purchase’s (Beverage, Pastry etc.)
- Approves all procurement and warehouse related invoices.
- Manages and works closely with the Maintenance & Construction team on Purchase Order processing.
- Manages and advises cost reduction plans.
- Responsible for all warehouse equipment, supplies, shipping / receiving, inventory tracking, and expenses
- Responsible for overseeing all day-to-day warehouse activities.
- Responsible for ensuring MM Depot inventory levels are at an optimal amount to support operations.
- Responsible for overseeing all warehouse staff and assets.
Requirements
- 3-5 Years of related experience required
- Experience in a retail convenience industry environment preferred.
- Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor the message and delivery to a wide range of internal and external stakeholder groups
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft programs, strong Excel a must
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated
- Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
