Responsibilities :

• Ensure contract expectations and deliverables are achieved
• Identify training and employment requirements
• Implement strategies for clients to reach career goals
• Collaborate with community groups, agencies, businesses and other organizations on career development resources
• Maintain currency on labor market environment and resources
• Promote clients to employers in the construction industry
• Actively market the program and promote to potential participants
• Attend meetings and act as a company representative
