Responsibilities :
- Ensure contract expectations and deliverables are achieved
- Identify training and employment requirements
- Implement strategies for clients to reach career goals
- Collaborate with community groups, agencies, businesses and other organizations on career development resources
- Maintain currency on labor market environment and resources
- Promote clients to employers in the construction industry
- Actively market the program and promote to potential participants
- Attend meetings and act as a company representative
