Our manufacturing operations are based in Glencoe and Thamesville, Ontario. Parts and components are produced in Glencoe and sent to Thamesville for final assembly, finishing, and shipping.

The Opportunity

Were looking for a General Labourer to join our production team in Thamesville, ON.

This role focuses on supporting our paint team on preparing large agricultural equipment before its painted and assembled.

What Youll Do

• Perform sandblasting and surface preparation on steel components and equipment
• Carry out bodywork and sanding to smooth welds, joints, and imperfections
• Mask, plug, and clean parts before painting
• Assist with moving, staging, and organizing components within the blast and paint areas
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures
• Support production flow by helping other team members as needed
