Job Title: General Production Worker - Nights

Job Description

This role involves working as either a General Labourer or a Bend Cell Operator. Both positions are straightforward and repetitive, focusing on specific processes. The General Labourer handles single processes such as loading tubes into machines like deburring or perforating machines. The Bend Cell Operator engages in multiple processes, including loading tubes into cells, using robotic arms for bending, and performing cutting, deburring, or washing of the tubes.

Responsibilities

• Load tubes into deburring, perforator, or other single-process machines.
• Operate machines to perform specific tasks on tubes.
• Execute two or three processes as a Bend Cell Operator, including robotic arm bending.
• Cut, deburr, and wash tubes as necessary.
• Ensure quality inspection and adherence to safety standards.

Essential Skills

• 6+ months of manufacturing experience using quality/measurement tools.
• Consistent work history with each job lasting a minimum of a year.
• Experience in general labour and machine operation.
• Knowledge of quality inspection processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a machine operator or general labourer.
• Experience in the automotive or metal industry.
