About the job : We are seeking a proactive and ownership‑driven Sustaining Engineer who is passionate about engineering. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of the engineering data that supports our manufacturing operations. Take initiative, move with urgency, and make a meaningful impact. Your voice will matter; you will be empowered to contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and strengthen our engineering processes.

Responsibilities

Review, update, and incorporate all ECRs, redlines, and pending design changes into finalized engineering documentation.

• Resolve missing dimensions, unclear tolerances, and any gaps or inconsistencies within drawings and models.
• Prepare, validate, and release complete manufacturing packages, including drawings, specifications, and 3D models.
• Ensure BOM accuracy and maintain alignment between engineering changes, planning, and procurement.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to ensure design intent is maintained and producible.
• Maintain configuration control and ensure documentation meets customer, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Provide engineering support during first‑article builds, troubleshooting, and early production activities.
