Overview of the role :

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance, Licensed, Millwright is responsible for completing repairs routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting of filling machines, pasteurizing process systems, packaging systems, and conveyors common to a dairy operation. This role requires hands‑on execution which blends working on the floor directly with equipment and operators, as well as tactful time in the shop rebuilding and repairing.

Schedule :

Midnights - 11 : 00pm-7 : 30am

Salary :

• A seventy‑five cents ($0.75) per hour premium for all hours worked to all Employees classified as maintenance is applied in addition to the base hourly rate
• Additional shift premiums apply for all hours worked during premium shift times
• Tool Allowance shall be paid to the Maintenance employees at the rate of eight hundred and thirty ($830) dollars
