Job Title : Millwright About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Millwright to join our growing maintenance team at our brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art Langley facility . In this role, you’ll help keep our industrial machinery running at peak performance as we manufacture rims for some of the largest mining trucks in the world.

You’ll work hands‑on with a variety of equipment—including welders, CNC machines, paint systems, grinders, hydraulics, pneumatics, and more. From troubleshooting and repairs to preventative maintenance and fabrication, this is a dynamic, fast‑paced role with plenty of variety and opportunities to grow your skill set.

What You’ll Do

• Complete daily maintenance checks using Limble maintenance software on an iPad.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and respond to urgent repair calls.
• Work independently while collaborating in daily morning meetings focused on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity .
• Support fabrication and welding tasks as required.
• Partner with a ticketed electrician on more complex electrical work.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Assist with small repairs around the shop and office when needed.

Your Work Environment

You’ll join a five‑person maintenance team—made up of both ticketed and non‑ticketed Millwrights and Electricians—who take pride in their craft and enjoy working together. Most work is performed indoors, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime to support urgent repairs. Some travel to other sites may be required.

This is a Permanent position based out of Langley, BC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $47.00 / hr.
