Job Type : Remote.

Location : Canada only.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead Salesforce Discovery Workshops, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable, configurable Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and implement configurable solutions using Salesforce Flows and other declarative configuration tools.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Salesforce solution documentation, including process flows, data models, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate and manage data migrations, ensuring data integrity and seamless transition.
  • Partner with the design team to ensure that critical business processes are effectively addressed.
  • Advocate for CRM best practices, ensuring solutions align with business strategy and industry standards.
  • Define a requirements management strategy, including elicitation processes, documentation standards, and formats.
  • Guide backlog grooming, ensuring completeness, prioritization, and adherence to review and approval processes.
  • Monitor project scope to ensure alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW) and facilitate change control as needed.
  • Assist the Product Owner in prioritizing, defining value, and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints through structured backlog grooming.

Qualifications :

  • Extensive expertise in Salesforce, with demonstrated proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Worked on Contract Lifecycle Management
  • Strong understanding of development tools and processes, aiding in the creation of use cases and solution designs.
  • Analytical problem solver with a deep knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation and ecosystem capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand and translate client requirements from diverse industries into a clear, strategic roadmap.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DevOps methodologies, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Required Certifications : Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud
