Ruby looking for a babysitter or nanny - babysitting job in Langley Township

We are family of 4. My husband and I love our girls and being outdoors as much as possible. We want our caregivers to feel like part of the family to ensure our girls always feel safe and comfortable. Our almost 3 year old can be shy at first but once she comes out of her shell, she is sweet, funny, and full of questions. She thrives best under structure and age appropriate choices. She has been going to the same Montessori daycare full time since she was 1, and she absolutely loves it. Our 1 year old recently started at the daycare in a separate class and is adapting quite nicely. She is very calm for a baby, but that could always change. She likes to be active and independently plays well. She will let you know when she wants your attention though. We are looking for a nanny 2xweek consistently, ideally Wednesday and Thursday between 3 : 00pm-8 : 00pm. You would be at the house preparing dinner, cleaning, doing laundry, and everyone will generally be home around 4 : 30-5pm.
