Job description

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time proactive and detail-oriented MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) Coordinator to join our client's manufacturing team in Ajax, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement, inventory, and coordination of maintenance, repair, and operational supplies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. If you have a strong background in inventory management, procurement, and excellent organizational skills, this position is for you!

  • Pay Rate : $24 - $27 / hour (based on experience)
  • Location : Ajax, ON
  • Shift : Monday to Friday | 7 : 30am-4pm
  • Job type : Temporary | Full-time | 24-month contract

    • Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for expediting the flow of work throughout the RO Shop floor in order to meet or exceed required delivery dates
  • Work with the Planners and ODC Coordinator to ensure the availability of parts to meet flow requirements as well as customer expectations
  • Ensure work order kits are complete and ready to build as per the weekly schedule
  • Optimize work processes to improve efficiency
  • Create maintain and publish daily and weekly status reports as required.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure part availability
  • Willing to carry AOG phone after hours on a rotational basis

    • Qualifications :

  • University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
  • Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Access PowerPoint Excel and Word
  • SAP experience an asset
  • Familiar with Canadian Aviation Regulations pertaining to airworthiness requirements an asset
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • As this role is subject to the Canadian Government's Controlled Goods Program (CGP) the qualifying applicants must possess Canadian Citizenship or permanent residency status. A work permit status is not eligible for this role.
