Cost Controller Analyst Alto Project

SYSTRA Canada is part of the SYSTRA group an international consulting and engineering group a world leader in the design of transport infrastructures. SYSTRA Canada is an engineering and consulting firm whose primary focus is to offer transportation solutions whether for passengers or goods : feasibility studies of building a new railway line increasing the capacity of the existing infrastructure privatization of a railway.

Context

As a Cost Control Analyst you will work closely with the DJV Cost Control Lead to manage SYSTRA costs for the ALTO project. You will be involved in project cost management and reporting budget planning and reforecasting.

Missions / Main Duties

Project Management (Hours and Pass-Through Cost) :

• Manage SYSTRA Group GTMS timesheet system including user support training system development and configuration.
• Review timesheets weekly for timely completion data compliance and correct application of project guidelines.
• Consolidate DJV timesheets twice a month for invoicing and PowerBI reporting.

Project Invoicing :

Profile / Skills

Education : Bachelors Degree in finance accounting or engineering.

Years of experience : 3 to 5 years of professional experience in cost analysis and control for construction projects (experience in rail and public transit projects is preferred).
