Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to support the design, development, and delivery of analytics and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Power BI along with the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into effective dashboards, and ensure high quality reporting outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & design Power BI dashboards and reports for various business needs (e.g., technical debt reporting, Microsoft licensing insights, operational performance).
• Gather reporting requirements by engaging with stakeholders through meetings and interviews.
• Analyze data inputs from multiple sources, including Excel files, system-generated extracts, and other business documentation.
• Document reporting requirements, data models, and design specifications.
• Build intuitive and visually compelling dashboards aligned with organizational standards and KPIs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to validate data accuracy and ensure report usability.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and optimize existing dashboards for performance and scalability.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations as needed.
