We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Senior Financial Analyst to join PGW’s finance team supporting our Canadian operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both French and English and have a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and business performance reporting. This role will play a key part in driving financial decision-making across the organization by providing insightful analysis, developing financial models, and ensuring alignment between financial performance and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to improve information flow.
• Establish and refine policies supporting growth.
• Prepare detailed financial analyses monthly / quarterly.
• Partner with the business to optimize financial forecasts and budgets.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis of financial statements.
• Create / utilize financial models for impact measurement.
• Support planning applications, dashboards, and reports.
• Assist in preparing presentations for leadership.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and management.
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects.
• Analyze external economic conditions and report impacts.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

Education & Experience : Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting; 5+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills : Experience with Tableau, SQL, VBA, Oracle Fusion.

Knowledge & Skills : Full proficiency in French and English, strong Excel skills, critical thinking, analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, teamwork skills.
