We’re currently hiring for a Service Technician I for our Edmonton Installation Services department. In this role, you’ll be challenged to think on your feet, learn on the job and get a little bit better each and every day, with the support of a team that always has your back. There’s more to any job than words on a page, but the primary focus of this role is to support service operations by performing local service calls as part of a dedicated team. Key responsibilities include assisting with window and door adjustments, on-site glass installations, and completing product-related documentation at customer locations. This is an entry-level position and offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working alongside a seasoned Service Technician, while learning valuable skills in the trade.

On any given day, the Service Technician I can be divided into two key areas : Service and Glass Xchange.

Service

As part of a team, the Service Technician I is responsible for :

• Inspecting damaged products to determine the most effective repair method.
• Conducting on-site repairs when feasible and ensuring the work meets quality standards.
• Coordinating the ordering of replacement products when necessary.
• Outcome : Properly installed, damage-free products that meet customer and quality expectations.
