As a key member of our service team, you’ll help ensure smooth operations, support our Service Manager and Service Advisors, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This is a full-time, regular position with opportunities for growth and advancement in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Adhere to the company’s Mission, Vision & Values
• Support the Service Writer by scheduling and confirming customer service appointments.
• Assist in creating and maintaining work orders.
• Support customer follow-ups regarding service updates and completion.
• Assist in coordinating shop activities, including PDI scheduling and operational logistics.
• Maintain an organized service counter and assist with administrative workflows.
• Provide general support to the Service Manager and Service Writer in daily operations.
• Assist with warranty documentation under guidance of the Service Manager.
• Support the service department by performing additional duties as assigned.
