Overview

Our client has an immediate need to hire several Penetration Testing Analyst resources on a 2+ year contract to start, reference number RFR-0719, for their Regina, SK location. The position requires regular onsite meetings so candidates must be local to the Regina area or willing to relocate for the duration of the contract.

What you will be doing

The CSRM team oversees all aspects of IT security, including the interpretation and enforcement of standards, education and awareness initiatives, TRA’s, incident response, and providing evaluation, guidance, and expert advice. To ensure SBP remains aligned with the evolving cybersecurity landscape, CSRM developed the Cybersecurity Maturity Program. Within this program, the Penetration Testing Analyst plays a critical role by conducting security testing.

Conduct internal and external (remote from GOS offices) security testing on networks and applications

Assessing physical security, if applicable;

Conducting security audits, if assigned;

Analyzing security policies and standards;

Performing transfer of knowledge with other members of the branch

Writing security assessment reports.

What you must have

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in cybersecurity principles, with demonstrated expertise in penetration testing methodologies, vulnerability assessment, and exploit development.

The candidate will have hands-on experience with industry-standard tools coupled with a deep understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and secure coding practices.
